The video walks you through configuration process of enabling inband device management in Cisco ACI. Inband management if one of the two ways that allows you to remotely get to fabric devices for monitoring and troubleshooting. We will look at both dynamic and static IP assignment and how these IP can be reached from another EPG within the fabric using a contract.

great video, thank you for the detail steps.
from Spine tcpdump I found when APIC ping Spine directly, Spine received the ARP request but did not make ARP reply.
you may try from APIC: ping -I <apic-inband-ip-addr> <spine-inband-ip-addr> which should able to bypass ARP process
