Dear is posible to configura ACI with this topology: custom Tenant, inside this tenant there is an EPG with DHCP server, clients are connected by L3Out and request DHCP services to the server inside ACI fabric?

As long as DHCP server is reachable from the client subnet, DHCP relay is enabled from client subnet, and L3OUT EPG has allowed contract to DHCP EPG, it should work.
