What is the difference between the centralized switching and local switching in Cisco WLC 7500

What scenarios will we select multi-casting and what scenario will choose uni-casting and which one is better.

Multicast mode is always preferred as long as your wired network supports multicast. In fact, some WLC model and code only have multicast option available. 

If i enabled AP multicasting in the controller, should need the multicasting in switch also. and what is the "ip pim sparse-dense-mode" and what is the use of this command.

Yes.. Multicast must be enabled between AP and WLC.
