The video demonstrates configuration of BGP as PE-CE routing protocol in Cisco MPLS VPN. In addition to basic BGP configuration, we will go through more advance scenarios of dualed-home site and sites with a backdoor link, and try to understand how a Site-of-Origin (SoO) BGP attribute can be used to make inter-site traffic to always prefer the backdoor link. You will also learn two common BGP deployment options; identical and unique ASN, and the concept of AS Override. The lab finishes with verification of behavior of Local Preference in MPLS VPN.
