Cisco Spectrum Expert issues
Hi Metha,
I have one question, regarding Cisco Spectrum expert setup.
I'm using WLC 9800-CL. I want to see what is going on on radio in one part of network, so I configure one AP C9120axi-E to be in Monitor mode. Cleanair is enabled on 2.4 and 5Ghz.
I'm connecting from lan PC to that AP via Cisco Spectrum Expert using AP IP and key.
Here I have two problems, don't know if you can help:
1. I don't see nothing in Active Devices- status is Waiting for devices....
2. I can connect using IP and Key of Access point only on b/g/n. When I want to connect to a/n using same IP ad key it says: Uneble to contact remote sensor. If I switch back to b/g/n connection is fine.
With b.g.n connection on dashboard Spectrum AQ i can see listed channels from 1 to 140.
I would say 5Ghz is covered but don't know why if i choose a/n to connect I;m not able to.
Can you please advice with any of my problems?
Many thanks,
Zulu
