Hi!

After i click stolen in My devices portal, device momentally disconnects from Wi-Fi, MAC address goes to Blacklist, if i try to reconnect to Wi-Fi in ISE i get an error that certificate was revoken and you should ask for a new certificate.

Then i manually add this device in My devices portal, it doesnt connect to Wi-fi with error about revoken certificate

Should i delete Certificates and Wi-fi profiles from device and make onboarding from the beginning ?

Thx.

Once device is marked as Stolen, the client cert is immediately revoked. You will need to delete the entire profile from the device, delete device from MyDevice portal, and put it through onboarding again.
