Hi Metha,

i took backup and tries to restore it in fresh copy of VM 5.3 first then upgrade .
but when restoring a face the below error
% Error: Failed to perform ACS restore: Backup file does not match installed application(s)

is it applicable to simulate

What exact command do you use to backup and restore ACS? Please note the command may have the 'application acs' option at the end that you might need to specify.

is there any way to restore using GUI ?

Not to our knowledge.
