RS0056 - IPv6 ISATAP Tunnel (Part 1)

The video walks you through configuration of Intra-Site Automatic Tunnel Addressing Protocol (ISATAP) point-to-multipoint tunnel on Cisco router to transport IPv6 traffic over IPv4 network among multiple IPv6 sites. ISATAP tunnel work similarly to the IPv4-Compatible tunnel with the IPv4 tunnel destination embedded in the next-hop IP. Unlike other tunnelling technologies, ISATAP supports Router Advertisement over the tunnel allowing dual-stack hosts to connect directly to the default router. We will look at two ways of default router discovery: manual and DNS. Packet analysis on Wireshark will be performed to help us gain better understanding of the encapsulation and packet structure.

RS0055 - IPv6 IPv4-Compatible Tunnel (Part 2)

The video walks you through configuration of IPv4-Compatible point-to-multipoint tunnel on Cisco router to transport IPv6 traffic over IPv4 network among multiple IPv6 sites. We will look at characteristics and requirements to implement IPv4-Compatible tunnel, and highlight its pros and cons. IPv4-Compatible tunnel does not rely on IP scheme to be in certain format like 6to4 or 6RD tunnels, but instead it requires the next-hop IP. This allows us to run routing protocol like BGP to automate route advertisement which you will see in this lab. Packet analysis on Wireshark will be performed to help us gain better understanding of the encapsulation and packet structure.

RS0054 - IPv6 6RD Tunnel (Part 2)

The video walks you through configuration of 6RD point-to-multipoint tunnel on Cisco router to transport IPv6 traffic over IPv4 network among multiple IPv6 sites. We will look at characteristics and requirements to implement 6RD tunnel, and highlight its pros and cons. 6RD tunnel is based on the same methodology as 6to4 tunnel but with greater flexibility in IP scheme. Packet analysis on Wireshark will be performed to help us gain better understanding of the encapsulation and packet structure.

RS0053 - IPv6 6to4 Tunnel

The video walks you through configuration of 6to4 point-to-multipoint tunnel on Cisco router to transport IPv6 traffic over IPv4 network among multiple IPv6 sites. We will look at characteristics and requirements to implement 6to4 tunnel, and highlight its pros and cons. Main limitation of 6to4 tunnel is its inflexibility of IP scheme. Packet analysis on Wireshark will be performed to help us gain better understanding of the encapsulation and packet structure.

RS0052 - IPv6 Manual and GRE Tunnel (Part 2)

The video walks you through configuration of manual and GRE point-to-point tunnel on Cisco router to transport IPv6 traffic over IPv4 network. We will compare differences between the two tunnel types using EIGRPv6 and ISISv6 as our test protocols and highlight their pros and cons, and when you should use one tunnel over the other. Packet analysis on Wireshark will be performed to help us gain better understanding of the encapsulation and packet structure.

SEC0105 - ASA 9.x NAT46 NAT64 DNS64 Twice NAT (Part 2)

The video walks you through configuration NAT64, NAT46, and DNS64 on Cisco ASA using Twice NAT to connect IPv6 to IPv4 network. We will look at both Stateless and Stateful NAT64 and NAT46, and highlight their pros and cons, and suggest when you should use one over the other. For Stateful NAT64, we will configure static, dynamic NAT, and PAT. Packet analysis on Wireshark will be performed to help us gain better understanding of the IP address translation. Since this video is a counterpart of SEC102-103 with Object NAT, we will make comparisons between these two NAT configuration options.
