The video helps you understand endpoint lookup and packet forwarding in Cisco ACI. We will cover the topic of ACI control and data planes, and all supporting protocols. We will go through a packet walk to demonstrate packet forwarding between endpoints. The video finishes with different ways to classify traffic into EPG, and explain the distinction between VLAN encapsulation and platform independent VLAN.

ARP
Hi Metha,
Thank you for making such a great video.
I wonder if the leaf switch encapsulates the ARP request when it sends to the spine proxy.
Thank you.
Best regards,
James
ARP
Every data packet that goes over a fabric should be encapsulated in VXLAN including unicast ARP and ARP flood.
